How about this Sun Set!!!!

This was the view off of my back porch.

This is Charlie our little Yorkie!!! He is floating in the pool.
All my life I had wanted a Yorkie finally!!!!

These are my little tomato plants. They grew as tall as me and I am 5'6

Look Danny!!!!! I had CORN!!!! The deer didn't find this Corn. Talk about good!! This corn was Sweet.

My first time growing corn.

Abbi is such a good teacher. She actually taught Bo how to get on his knees and work!!!

Don't pass out Granny, Bo's Working.

Abbi is such a good gardener!!!

Check out my Tomato Plants!! Abbi is helping me pick Cherry Tomato's.

I planted 3 Cherry Tomato plants and 3 Big Boy plants, I had Tomato's out my ears!!!

This was my exam cake that I made to get my certificate from Wilton.
I was offered a job teaching for Wilton Cake decorating at Hobby Lobby I went to ck the store out and walked out.

The manager was very rude and not someone I would want to work with.

This cake was made with 3 different icings.

The cake is was designed as a gift. Weighing in around 35 lbs this cake took 2 people to carry.

The bow was hand made out of Fondant and set to dry before putting together.

Fondant for some taste really bland. Actually this icing can have flavor added but in my opinion is only for looks not for eating. Pure sugar!!!

Icing is put under the Fondant. Most people pull the Fondant off and eat the icing that is on the cake under the Fondant.

This cake has got to be my favorite cake to make. I have gotten pictures from different brides and I make the dress to the pattern of the brides dress. Very personal for each bride. What a great way to personalize their bridal shower.

This Cake was a gift to a very dear friend of mine for their Wedding Gift.

The morning of the wedding it rained, when I say rain I mean wet muggy rain.

Anyone who has ever decorated a cake from Sugar and Lard knows the complications the weather can bring. Smart me is worried that the moisture will make the cake deformed if the icing isn't dry enough, so I decide to decorate the cake at the Church recep. Hall..

BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! The air was off, it was HOT and MUGGY!! Hot MELTS, MUGGY STICKS!!! Oh MY God!!!

After alot of praying and sweating tears 5 min before the Bride walked down the isle. I FINISHED THE CAKE!!!!! Due to the weather this was the longest time I have ever spent on a cake. Over 8 hours of intense stress.

Oh did I mention the bottom layer fell into crumbles when I picked it up to place it in the box to take to the church? I had to rebake another bottom layer!!

There is diamonds on the sides of this cake with pearl accents. I also did the floral arrangements on this cake. Getting pretty good at it.

Take a look check it out!!

Yes, I baked and decorated this cake!!!

This cake is accented with Diamonds!!! Highlighting the imprinted "S" that is the first initial of the new couples last name. Then to top it off there is an "S" made of Diamonds in the center of the cake.
Live flowers complete the cake.
Since the florist insisted on charging an arm and leg to fix the floral arrangement for the cake, I offered to fix the flowers myself. Big step for me since I am not a florist.
Not to bad!!!!
